Equifax Credit Bureau requires ALL Landlords
and Property Managers you
to have an on-site inspection by one of Equifax's certified inspection
companies.
Equifax Credit Bureau has mandated new guidelines. These guidelines ensure that
information is distributed and maintained in a secure way and that information
is only provided to end-users who have a legitimate purpose for the use of the
data.
The on-site inspection will be conducted at the location where your files are
being
pulled and stored. If your office is in your home, they will inspect it to see
if it meets
Equifax Credit Bureau criteria.
